There has been a lot of turmoil and change in the local residential and commercial real estate markets in 2018. Dan Tatro of Grizzard Commercial Real Estate will join us today to discuss commercial real estate in Lake and Sumter Counties. There seems to be a lot of activity, but will it continue and what do you need to know as we head into 2019.
