Frank DiBisceglie, Ro-Mac’s Chiefland Store Manager, has 35 years of retail lumber experience. He started his career in 1976 with the Grossman's lumber driving a forklift. He left Grossman’s in 1988 to manage warehouse stores for Builders Square and later became the general manager for Iffland Lumber Co in Torrington, CT. Frank also spent time working for Lowes and has owned his own restaurant. Now residing in Dunnellon, FL, Frank supervises the knowledgeable staff at the Ro-Mac Chiefland store. Frank lives with his wife, Sharon, and the two spend enjoy spending time with his mother who has lived in Morriston, Fl since 1972.

Brad Enfinger a Eustis, FL native and is currently the store manager at the Ro-Mac Lumber and Supply in Mount Dora; however, Brad has worked in nearly every area of our business. His career began in the window department, learning the ins and outs of window installation and custom window manufactures. He’s also spent time as the Production Coordinator in the Leesburg Truss Plant, the Window, Door, and Garage Door Manager at the Ro-Mac Ocala store, and the Operations Manager in the Ro-Mac Leesburg retail store. Brad played a large role in developing the Mount Dora surplus and outlet concept, which allows Ro-Mac to sell windows, doors, lumber and other items at low, clearance prices to meet our customer’s needs.
